Recently, the construction of China BayI is
responsible for the construction of Jining City inner ring viadicate seven sections
completed the last piece of precast box girder erection. Marking the project into the bridge
deck construction phase, for the end of the smooth traffic to lay a solid foundation.

Jining inner ring viaduct with a total length of
41 kilometers is the first viaduct municipal road in Jining and the first fully
prefabricated municipal road in Shandong.

As the "No.1" livelihood project of Jining, it
aims at the pain and difficulty of citizens' travel, relieves the "meridians" of urban
traffic, and improves the backbone network of central urban areas. The traffic speed can
reach 80km/h, greatly alleviating urban traffic congestion.
Prefabricated construction
In order to fully implement the concept of green
construction, the project adopts prefabricated construction, which saves about 50% of the
construction period and 20% of the cost compared with the traditional cast-in-place process.
The project consists of 215 prefabricated columns, 101 trusses of prefabricated cover beams,
1,578 cushion stones and 789 pieces of prefabricated box beams. Such a large volume of
prefabricated construction requires extremely high precision hoisting.
Before the hoisting of all components, the project
surveyors will carry out two measurement rechecks on the plane position and elevation.
Surveyors will follow up the measurement throughout the hoisting process and carry out the
measurement recheck again after the hoisting. The deviation of plane position of all precast
components and cushion stones is less than 3mm, and the deviation of elevation is less than
2mm
